I was struggling with my Edgars account from the 22nd of January 2014. After being very irritated and unable to pay for clothes, Ntombi the manager of Edgars at Oudtshoorn took over my complaint!

At the end of the day everything was sorted out concerning my account and I even received extra samples to apologize for any inconvenience! Thank you Ntombi!!!

I think it is unfair of the Edcon group to put so much responsibility on one manager's shoulders as they do with Ntombi. She is the only real trained staff member on the floor and must take all responsibility from problems with clients, receive training, train new members and run all the employees in the store. She can not be expected to do all this and still she finds time to assist customers and correct errors made!

With all franchises it is the franchise owners' responsibility to do the correct training to get their staff up to scratch, not the managers who already have so much to manage!!

Hope you will take the advice as Oudtshoorn people do talk about bad service and untrained staff which leads to less sales and eventually closing down of stores. I BEG of you PLEASE ASSIST NTOMBI IN THIS REGARD!!! SHE IS A DIAMOND!
