Continous bad service

I started with IPL under arm treatment in October 2012, the beautician told me that the heat for the treatment does not have any impact on the treatment itself, just to find out after 3 sessions of no progression that the heat is actually important, so I have waisted 3 session's money. I then went for a wax, which was the most useless beautician I've ever had. I had to go to someone else afterwards.

I then complain about the bad service that I am getting and since then, no reply, nothing up to today.

I went for another IPL treatment yesterday, after waiting for about 10 mins I decided to walk out, this was not the first or the second time that I was waiting for the beautician. The previous time I was told after half an hour that they won't be able to help me on the specific day anymore.

I walked out with the intention to never put my feet in that place again.
