I claimed a free gift as a promotion partnering with Omo and booked as a pedicure (very clearly) and was told by the beautician that it would only be a basic manicure because it was the "cheapest " treatment.
I'm assuming this was a promotion in order to advertise their salon. Good job guys! I certainly won't recommend them to anyone.
Why do customers using vouchers etc get treated so poorly?
Are these not advertising oppurtunities? Surely if these businesses are partnering for pro motions they are in desperate need of clients/ business.
Stupid if you ask me.
