EXTREMELY BAD SUPERVISION

On Monday 6 January 2014 at 16:25, I was driving in Antunstreet. As I came down the road I noticed a strange thing in the road. As I came closer I noticed that it was a child. A little girl of approximately 2 years old (she is still wearing nappies) was walking in the middle of the road with no adult in sight. Everyone stopped, to scared to climb out and pick the child up. Even I, myself was too scared. I pulled over onto the sidewalk to see if I can maybe see an adult nearby that the child did just wonder off. Unfortunately no one was in sight. A man driving a BMW stopped in the middle of the road, put on his cars' hazards, climbed out, picked the child up and started walking towards the preschool as stated in 'suppliers' name'. A teacher came out as the man was almost at the gate, (which is quite a few steps from where he picked the child up), took the child from the man and asked as if nothing was wrong "why are you outside? " Then it came to me that the main gate had to be open. Unfortunetaly I don't have any proof, only what I saw. A little blonde girl, dressed in pick and purple top and pants. What is happening to our schools? Our children aren't safe at their own school!!!
