Stay Away from Dung Beetle - 77 Rossini Blvd!!!

I've decided to make my Cards at Dung Beetle. We went to her shop on the 12th of Jan 2013 discussing what we want. We've decided on the Message in a bottle idea. She send me the quote on the 16th of Jan, i've paid the quote in full and send it back to her - received a read report. On her quote, she stated 7-10 days. After 12 days i've phoned her to ask how far she is with my wedding invites, all of a sudden she said she didnt receive payment yet! So i've re-send it to her. I've phoned her a couple of times there after, everytime making promises that i can collect the invites the following day. Eventually i've received it -with such a big shock -it didint look anything like we have discussed in the shop! The invites were printed on plain pink carton with black ink!! The bottle looked like an alcohol bottle, after i've said to her in the shop please dont use the plain bottles i want the shaped bottles. I gave the invites back to her and told her i am not happy! Her husband became aggressive and verbally abused us! He wasnt even there when we discussed the invites so he had no right to voiced an opinion! Now she doesnt want to refund is! Dont ever make your invites there - so dissapointing
