Help tracking an urgent parcel

I'm not going to complain about the striking workers (even though they should have been fired 5 weeks ago). But I do need assistance in tracking a parcel. It took a month to get it from Plett to the Witpos hub and now it seems stuck there since the 10th of March. Is there any way I can collect it personally at the Witpos hub?
