What a fantastic service

I went to book my dogs in for the EasterHolidays. I made an appointment with Vicky who took me around to see their facilities which to my amazement were so clean and neat, way better then any kennels I have been to and used. The staff at the reception were amazingly friendly and the entire setup was clean, neat and presentable. I made a payment for my booking and forget my Bank Card on the counter. Within 10 minutes of me leaving, I received a call that my bank card is there and it will be kept for me until I have time to come around to collect it. No other company ever does this for you. The most you could expect is that they would keep it until you realise to go back and collect which can be a problem if you only realise when you want to use it elsewhere. I commend them on their excellent service and friendly staff.
