I bought a parcel while I was overseas, and the seller posted it the next day on 3 April 2013 via registered mail. Since 7 April 2013, it has apparently been at the Witpos hub and even though the official press release for the Post Office says all the delivery delays should be cleared up - they clearly aren't. My tracking number is PE787198498ZA and I have checked it daily since then, but it's stuck at Witpos. Calling the Benmore Post Office doesn't help as they aren't sure when this parcel will be processed at the Witpos hub.

This is ridiculous! I have paid for this service and if I went on strike every month I wouldn't have a job. The next time I will just pay the expense of having my parcel couriered to my door, as the post office is so unreliable.

This is not the first time this has happened, as I also had to wait over a month for a parcel that was sent to me in February - for my birthday. I received that one in March and didn't complain about the strikes affecting the services, even though I should have.

This service is unacceptable.
