No Delivery No Assistance Poor Customer Service

I placed an online order for stationery, 7 days ago. Order still not delivered. I have not been contacted. I tried contacting Waltons today, I am sent from pillar to post. Everyone I talk to tells me to hold. I wasted 14 minutes of my time. 7 days is enough time to pack and have the order delivered.
As I write this report, my order is still not delivered. Order #4382
