Excellent service! going the extra mile!!

This gentleman Zain Tech helped resolve a problem I had with a furniture retail company (House and Home) that they supply, in getting a new lounge suite that I bought a month ago that I became very unhappy with. The furniture company was playing for time and with several tellephone calls still did not do anyhing. All they needed was a credit note from the supplier (Michael Angelo design) so I could choose a different lounge suite. Zain phoned them and told them that he would send them a credit note and to allow me to choose another suite. It is not often you get someone so very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I take my hat off to him and thank him from the bottom of my heart! House and Home should learn a lesson from this gentleman about service to a customer.
