People not working

I am really so sick of this and we have nobody who we can turn to. Parcels of mine has been lying in JIMC for a week now and no movement since the 15th March. I spend all of my day trying to reach someone on the pphone but nobody answers their phones at that place. People don't answer their emails either. Everything I just get a "Sorry" but if sorry's fixed things I wouldn't be writing this now, nobody contacts me and tries to find out what they can do to help me!!! DO YOUR JOBS, STOP STRIKING AND DO WORK LIKE THE REST OF US!!!
