Why is SAPO so incredibly slow?

I'm trying to get hold of the JIMC to find out why my parcels have not been moving for 4 days. I hold on for more than 5 minutes, I hear the phone picked up and then dropped!? The is outrageous! Please tell me why the following parcels have not moved:

RI272143168ZA
RI273565370ZA
RI273566724ZA

I've sent the invoices over the weekend, but I also know that the suppliers have included invoices. Please advise. According to China Mail and Singapore Post, these items have all arrived by the 13th, yet it takes SAPO from the 13th to the 19th to upload these parcels onto their system. Now please tell me why it is taking so long, and why my stuff is not moving?
