Double charge on card

Go to the shop buy a few things pay with my card. cashier tells me that it does not go through so i say ok try again as you do when this happens! leave and i go on my way look at my phone to see two messages from the bank showing two payments off my card! later when i have time i go back to the shop! around 10:30PM shop is closed! The 7 eleven... 7to11 is closed at 10;30? stafff still inside so i ask them to come talk to me and all they could tell me is that they are closed not listening to a word that i was saying i start to get a little irritated.
i think they could see this so one of the cashiers come out side i explain to her whats happened all she said is we are closed come back tomorrow?.. and im now home posting this and the time is 10:49 7eleven???
