The light in the dark

I just want to compliment Maryke for trying to assist me with a dilemma. As you obviously know, the post office in Pretoria was on strike recently. I did not know this and posted something middle Feb. My mom and I started phoning and trying to get the package back from end of Feb as she was coming down to us in PE. I needed it back quite urgently as it was car registration papers and the new owner has 21 days to register the car in his name. I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude my mom and I got, it was just a case of sorry, we cannot help you and I you can't get your parcel back, everyone just kept on transferring the call to someone else, most of the time to voicemails that ended up in us phoning back.
I eventually got hold of Maryke and she absolutely went out of her way to track down the parcel and get it posted. Within about 2 days, she had tracked down exactly where it was and getting it sent as a matter of urgency. She was the only one that I spoke to that was willing to do anything. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I just really hope her manager gets told of this and her excellent and professional service so that she can get the necessary credit
