Missing parcel found

Yesterday I received a call from Pride Makhalemele from the Parklands Post Office, informing me that my parcel that had been posted to me in October from The Netherlands was waiting for me at Parklands Post Office. I was absolutely amazed, as I had been querying the delivery of this parcel from middle of November. This parcel was marked for me, addressed to RANDPARKRIDGE, and was sent to Parklands. How this mistake was made leaves much to the imagination..
Pride was sorting through parcel that had been there for nearly 3 months to send back to Witspos. She decided to check why it was still there and saw the incorrect address. She then took the initiative to look up my telephone number to let me know the parcel was there. I was so surprised when i received the call, arranged to fetch it in the afternoon. I want to compliment Pride as she definitely went the extra mile to assist a customer, from finding my telephone number to calling me and not sending it back to Witspos. Pride Makhalemel is an asset to the SA Postal Services, we definitely need more like her working for them.
