What kind of service/operation is Tunley's running

We passed on a job from our biggest client to Tunleys in November 2012 and they came out shining, service was fantastic and job well done. We used them again this year and thought we'd give them the opportunity to do the printing of the job as well. I HAVE NEVER experienced such poor service - you can't actually use the word service in the same line in this case. They didn't come back to me, they didn't know what they were doing, they didn't quote us properly, they promised deadlines they couldn't meet and then they had to rebatch the job twice and still didn't get it right!!!

I am absolutely stunned that they are still in operation.
