Swearing "Professional"

Cars & Transport

I took my car for a service and the very next day it didn't want to start. Since then I've been having problems. I took my car back to them and said that I were very unhappy about paying alot of money and having bigger problems than before. (I payed R3000 for a service cv joint & cambelt) and the fact that they didn't even give my old parts back.

I had a friend check out the car the day before and he said that it is either the battery or the connections from the alternator to the battery. I mentioned it to them and they were very uptight and said they didn't touch my battery. They didn't even offer to just have a look as to what's causing it. The woman at the Reception desk were very unfriendly and when I told her that I feel that it is unacceptable to pay that much and have this kind of problems she said I must. I replied by saying that that is VERY "professional" of her and that I'll make sure that none of my friends ever go there for a service. She replied by saying that I'm common and I must just!!!

I feel that behaviour like that is unacceptable and I've never experienced anything like that before.
