Miscellaneous

My name is Beulah Johnson and my husband and I purchased a Lilliesleaf Mandela half an ounce gold medallion set. We were charged R23 500.00 which according to the sales consultant Jason Swart was the buying and selling price of the coin set. After being alerted by a friend that investing in gold coins is a, we requested a buy back from Jason in order to get our money back. To my surprise and absolute astonishment, he advised me they do not buy back coins. It would be up to me to resell the coin, they can only request the coin from the supplier and issue us with the coin, in order for us to sell it ourselves. This was never mentioned when my husband and myself were busy processing the deal. Jason ommitted to properly inform us and the coin was sold to us under false pretence. Furthermore, I took the coins and tried to resell them today, only to be told by 2 seperate dealers the coin set is only valued at R7000.00 It is sad that these people would manipulate a couple only looking to invest the little they had. Scoin Shop you should be ashamed of yourselves and the unethical business practice you conduct.
