They refuse to get back to me about a mandate

I bought 3 2008 mandela R5 coins graded ms-67 from them in 2009 as a investment. The person who i spoke to assured me on the phone that they would buy it back but i have to keep it for at least 3 years. After the newspaper Rapport which put the R5 coin that they sold as worthless, i phoned them to enquire about it and they send me a letter that they wrote to rapport claiming that the coin is worth the money and you have keep it for 5 years and that they dont buy it back from you but sell it for you. Neverless i requested to sell my coins. They emailed me a mandate form which i completed several months ago. Every time i enquire about the process there is always an excuse about the lady who handles the mandate but nothing happens. Beware of this R5 coins
