Dissatisfaction with GIC services

I bought the coins and when I bought the coins, the person who convinced me to buy the coin, Charity said that I will receive a R1000 per customer that I refer to them. I never received my commission since 2011. I referred two clients. whenever i am calling them they are saying they will phone back and never did that. They come up with stories e.g. when I phoned them they said because it is long now that my commission was not paid they will give a gift instead of cash. I am worried now whether I am really investing to a trusted company. every month they debit R688. 00. the total cost for the coin was R27 000. i have less than 20 months to finish the coins. how can i be assisted to get my commission and ensure that this is a trusted company that will not run away with my money at the end of my investment period.
