Waiting Four Months for an Amendment is not rapid!

We used Rapid Business Registration to register our business, which took months because of CIPC. We then used them again to amend our details. They sent back the aplications because they said they thought my name was incorrect (despite there being a copy of my ID), and now we've been waiting FOUR months for changes. We need these amendments to get a tax exemption for our non-profit, and waiting for 4 months is making us look bad to our funders, who think WE are the ones who are not serious. What do I tell people who have been waiting FOUR months for a simple amendment? The worst part is that there is no communication, no apology, nothing. Just a company that waits to be chased around. The whole point of this process is to save us time, yet it seems it would be more meaningful for us to just stand in the queues and do this ourselves. I am so disappointed. The info account does not reply to email. I regret spending that money on this company.
