Waterford Land Rover Never Got back to me!

I drove there on a Saturday and the Sales Manager viewed my car- I was promised a call back the following week by Ian - I was never called, I had to call. He said he'd call me- he never did. Finally 2-3 weeks later I called the Sales Manager who promised to get back to me personally - and never did.

Clearly they don't want my business. This results in very bad word of mouth.
