Disgusting Behaivor & Outcome of Claim

3 months ago one of Careful carriers trucks knocked into my Misses. He cut in front of her and refused to stop. She drove 500meters down the road where she managed to stop him. The driver refused to give his details, she took down registration & contact number of Careful Carriers! Luckily i also have a witness. Being a busydangerous section on Heidelburg Road (City Deep) she drove home where i contacted the JHB offices. Spoke to the driver manager who advised that the driver did call and mention to him something about an accident. I took time off to get a quote to repair the damaged part of my vehicle. Submitted all as requested by Christo at Careful Carriers who in turn forwarded some information to Yolande Cronje. 2 days went by, i called Christo and greeting him in the south african way, "Hello Boet." to which he disrespectfully said, " dont call me boet, i am not your boet! " This i where everything started going downhill. From Yolande, mails went to Kogie who was "handling the claim". Today i receive an email saying due to conflicting statements my file has been closed & i need to bear my own costs?! My witness was not contacted nor the pictures seen of the accident scene.
