Stinky attitude from management

On the 081013 myself & my transport members bought cone coated ice cream as we normally. Unfortunately the ice cream tasted sour with holes on them after every lick as a result we didn't eat them as we were scared they might be off-rotten. We immediately called a number we got the internet informing them of our encounter, we were asked to return back to the outlet for a refund but we couldn't as we were already on our way home, far from the place. On the 091013 we went & asked for a manager, 2 guys called us outside & told us their ice cream is always fresh & we don't look sick to them. We didn't have the receipt as proof of purchase but we wouldn't go out of our way to complain for nothing. The guy told us to go ahead and complain he didn't care & we are not regular customers to their place.
