SA Post Office
Still no parcel

On the 11th February I ordered a book. The postage charged on the item was R55.00. The item was dispatched on the 25th February 2013 I received a message that my parcel had been posted and would reach me the following day. I called on the 26th and was told it was at the sorting office awaiting despatch. I asked if I could go and fetch it from them and was told no. I have been to the post office a few times during the past week no parcel. Today still no parcel I have been to my post office, I called the customer service number held on for akmost 10 minutes from my cell phone only to be cut off. Still no answer as to when I will received the book. I want a refund as the service I paid for was not received.
