Still no parcel received!

Hi SA Post Office,

My parcel was posted on the 11th February from London with Royal Mail services.
It arrived in Johannesburg a week or so after.

I understand the ongoing strike and the delay as a consequence of skeleton staff, but can the customer or several post offices in the country not be kept abreast of what is going on?

To date I have not received my parcel and no one can tell me when I will receive it.
Your customer service helpline is not much of any help either (it goes directly to a recorded message).

My reference number is RU044875524GB.
Can someone tell me when I can expect it?
