I sent this email on the 14th of January 2013. I did not get a reply till now when I resent it. On the above date I also called and Spoke to a lady who did tell me then, that this date was available and that all I had to send is and email, which I did immediately after the phone call.

The service is quite disappointing.

You are quick to criticise the service, however here is a copy of the email you sent on the 14 Jan 2013 (i.e. Blank).

Since then the date you required has now become fully booked.

Sorry I'm not more psychic. For your information I get about 500 calls per day and cannot be expected to remember every one.
