No delivery of photos at Ushaka Marine World

My family and I paid for photos and video of the Ray feeding and Snorkeling in January 2013. Once I went to collect the DVD I was told that the blank DVD's were finished and I would have to settle for 2 CD's. After I had the opportunity to view them I discovered that there was very little footage or photos on either of them. I bought this to the attention of Darrol Williams who ensured me that he had remade the DVD and would give it to me the next day. As we were leaving on a cruise that day Darryl Williams offered to mail the DVD to my home address. This was never done. I have phoned him on numerous occasions and he has repeatedly had some excuse or other - then he stopped answering my calls. This was bought to the attention of Neville Pillay of Ushaka. Promises were made to either repay me or send the DVD - to date neither have happened. They have both since ignored my emails
