Sola Gratia
Extremely Disappointed

Issues and very bad services regarding our stay at Sola Gratia Spa by Ina the (Manager/Bar Lady/Kitchen Lady)
I bought a Voucher on Groupon and on the advert it stated: Pay R1 100 for a VIP Deluxe Spa Package with welcome drinks and cocktails for two people, valued at R3 800
1When I ask for our welcome drinks and cocktails... Ina, told me "No there is only one drink and its a NON- Alcohol Cocktail"
I was told by Robby that dinner will be served 19:00. When we got there they were sitting at the bar and drinking. We had to wait 25min. This is what we got to eat at a Luxury Spa (Hamburger Bun with no butter, small slice tomato, two onion rings, and small burned patty with 5 chips and desert...)
My pillow was badly torn, the small bottles on our bed's (shampoo & cream) were so dirty and smeared.
One of the rooms did not even had milk and coffee in. And the other room had dirty mucks!
Our breakfast was made by Ina with a cigarette in the mouth, her hair all over the place...
The cleaning lady were standing at our doors 09:50 to clean our rooms but the check out time was 11:00
This is NOT a 4 star Guesthouse.
The owner's and Ina made us feel we were imposing on them for being guest.
