Wrong Price of Products

I bought a deal via City Slicker, it was a Puppy Potty Pad...
City Slicker had it as a special for R249, saying that you save 58%. When I went to the City Slicker supplier, which was Magic In The Box... they had it for R239... with an original price of R430... so I should have actually been paying R180...
I sent an email complaining to both stores and I got a call back from "Magic In The Box", they told me that it was their fault but they fixed the price on the website and they gave me a 20% discount voucher for "my next purchase"... So now the website appears that the original price is R599 and it is in special for R249... which still doesn't make sense since City Slicker should be the discount area, not the same price as the actual store.

the thing is I asked for a refund because I felt, instead they told me to keep the purchase and they will give me a 20% discount, as if that would fix it... besides, they can't just go around changing prices, the deal was wrong and they did even worse by changing the online price in 2 seconds as if people were.

Never ever buying from any of those supplier... CITY SLICKER OR MAGIC IN THE BOX.
