Post Office strike. When will it end?

Purchased a curling iron from someone in Johannesburg, he mailed it on the 14/02/2013 tracking no PE750200114ZA. Checked on your tracking site and it kept saying Item last scanned at Helderkruin. I checked again the following day and still it said Item last scanned at Helderkruin. I later phoned the post office track and trace and they said that there was a strike and is unsure on when will it end. I hadnt even heard about the strike prior to that otherwise i would have made other arrangements.
Customers are left in the dark and have no clue as to what is currently going on. Media is not covering the story as well as they should. Its deeply frustrating.
All we want is just some idea of when normal services will resume. Is that to much to ask?
