On 12 February 2013 parcel was handed in at Cresta. it was sent to Witspos on the same day.

according to Track and Trace the parcel is still in "transit"! i have tried the 086011102 number - always get the same answer - "agents are busy".

i have sent mails to SAOP customer service and compliants - received no answer from them.

the parcel is very urgent as it contains spares for a gas detection system that forms part of a legal requirement for AMSA. if the gas detection system is not in operation, the plant can be closed down - with severe consequences to AMSA and its emplyees.

i really need feedback ASAP
