I have a parcel that was sent to me from PMB to Springs. I was posted on 2 May 2013. My parcel have been sent up and down to Durmail Hub and has even made a turn at Twane Hub. Today my parcel have been sitting at Witspos for the last 3 days. This is shocking service and the last time I will do business with SAPO. From now on I will only insist on private couriers.

Can anybody from SAPO please explain as I have tried the Call Center lots of times. It seems that they just dont answer their phones. Last time I held on for more that an hour for an operator.
