No reply after making payment as agreed

Hi, I paid Algoa Funeral Services as agreed and I have been asking for the last week to get dates as to when they will perform. Despite them indicating that the will provide the information I have not yet recieved any response. Where do I turn to in order to get the service that I paid for? Selwyn. PS. I am living in New Zealand and cannot go to their offices in Port Elizabeth to sort this out.
