Promised extra R2000 discount

Christo GRUNDLING of ALGOA TOYOTA Uitenhage branch, promised us extra R2000 discount when we purchased a new Etios this year but when the forms were completed this extra discount did not reflect.
He now refuses to pay us out the R2000 and says we can only get that extra discount if and when we purchase another new car from him. I am utterly dissapointed in Algoa Toyota Uitenhage branch and Christo GRUNDLING . I have a beautiful picture of him smiling almost ear to ear when he handed over the new car but when it comes to after sales and keeping the customer happy het gets a ZERO, I would discourage prospective buyers from supporting this Algoa Toyota uitenhage Branch. I am aggrieved and demand payment of my R2000.
