Mega couch and mattress
Mattress has curved from middle

I bought mattress from mega couch Woodmead which has 20-year of warranty. Within a week mattress has curved from middle and my back problem become more severe.

It's been a 4-months since I complained and following up but they are keep on neglecting me.
