I guess I am only registering the complaint and then I might feel better, because chances are very slom that it would be solved. How can the PostOffice publicly claim in all advertisements "We deliver whatever it takes"??? This is so far away from the truth... I guess we should take them to court for false advertising.

I am URGENTLY looking for a parcel. It was sent on 9 Feb at 8:00 from KZN and it is still "in transit". I do not have any sympathy with the strike (not anymore) and incompetent people at customer care are driving me mad.

If you bother to respond to the complaint DO NOT tell me to contact customer care - I have done so. Numerous times and no one can give me an answer. I know my parcel was last scanned at Witspos; I know it is in transit; I know there is a strike; I know it is not safe to collect the parcel yourself; I know they promise to escalate the enquiry (just to get you off the phone) and in the end NOBODY calls back. What I need to know is simple - HOW and more importantly WHEN will I receive my goods??
