Parcel in transit at Witspos hub since 03/04/2013

A parcel was posted to me on the 02/04/2013. It was resived on 03/04/2013 at Witspos hub. It is now the 09/04/2013 and still in transit. Do these people know what work mean or only the meaning of strike?
