FRIDGE AND FREEZER NOT WORKING PROPERLY

We bought AEG ARCTIS freezer &; AEG SANTO fridge in 2007. Problems started with freezer not dispensing the ice cubes. On 12 Oct 2011 an "Authorised Electrolus Service Agent- Griffiths" came out, replaced 2 sensors and 1 condensor, Price R1 850.00... we paid this. On 28/11/2011 we had another agent back as the Freezer is still not dispensing ice cubes. Invoice "4 Shelder valve; re-gaz; labour & travelling' R480 was paid. Freezer still not dispensing ice cubes. 10/4/ 2012 Filemon - yet another service Agent start coming to try and fix freezer. we paid R650.00... but still the Freezer works for 10 minutes, Filemon is gone... - "replaced switch, repaired wiring; unblock drain pipe" 10 min later freezer stops dispensing ice cubes. now everything defrosts in freezer, freezer looses temp. On 29/1/2013 we get Filemon back; he "adjusts ice switch & tested freezer" now Fridge suddenly does not dispense water. he check on Fridge - unclogged water inlet & tested fridge. we paid R450.00. on 11/2/2013 our kitchen was flooded as filter was damaged by Filemon. we do not get help from Gauten off, we have phoned them. Filemon promises to come back but does not and refuses our calls.
