Broken cigarettes

Hello, how are you? I have been having a problem with my craven a 120 cigarettes also. I like he fact that they go out if you don't continue smoking them but the problem m having I'd with poor manufacturing several times I open a box pull one out light it and when I try puff nothing comes through. I check and the cigarette is damaged it has small tears either along the cigarette itself or where the cigarette meets the filter. I have had this problem before and received a free box from the company to say sorry which I appreciate but one cannot keep saying give me free smokes cause they're broken but my last few boxes have had between 5 and 10 broken cigarettes in them. Please can you get the cigarettes checked so this problem stops? And can you start doing craven a 120's in boxes of 10's and 30's please.

Please note the cigarettes are broken from anywhere I buy them whether its a checkers, pick n pay, tobacconist or even a garage shop.
