Cannot contact for a complaint

I placed an ad on the site yesterday, and today I get 2 messages, 1 saying expiry in three days, and the other saying expired! ' Tried to contact via their message service, but after entering simple, different codes 9 times, I still get "incorrect code entered". Absolute nonsense and waste of time.
