Fake Craven A going around

Recently I bought a packet of Craven A Menthol from the local store. It doesn't taste like menthol at all, more like Peter Stuyvesant. Its not the first time that I've bought cigarettes from this store, the packets I bought after this one, was fine. This packet was the only one ever to taste funny. I probably smoked about 8 cigarettes and they all taste the same. There's nothing odd or strange about the cigarettes or the packet itself
