Poor work qaulity

I was given a voucher for photoshoot which was purchased by my aunt for my birthday in February, I had taken my kids for this family shoot around the 16 Feb 2013. I was offered a cd with all my pics to be edited and photoshopped for an extra R1500.00 which I paid on the day of the shoot and was told that cd would be ready in a few days and i would need to collect. I had arranged for collection about a week or two later and to my surprise the pics were the very same pics that i was shown on the day of the shoot, there were no changes made. after complaining and sending them back i was told there was an error, and had to send a second courier to collect. again the same thing pics were received in the same condition. and the prints that was suppose to come with the package were just random that was picked by them and not by myself as initially agreed to . 3 months later i still have not received any of the pictures or the cd for which i have paid for and when trying to comunicate to the staff, they come across with attitudes, they need to know that they did not offer a free service every item was paid for and they should offer a proper service as they do not know what they are doing.
