No smoke no fire - aggresiveness is a cove

Phoned to make a booking as my daughter recommended the technicians that did an installation for her. We had previously used this company - approximately seven years ago. Left totally disatisfied by poor workmanship and hostile attitude of the technicians when we requested that cables be neatly stowed. In addition within days of the work completed we had an attempted burglary - Impossible to prove any liability. But, now wanting a new job done I wanted to use a company and technicians recommended by a happy client. My daughter had used this company so we believe the service is dependant on the luck of the technician sent, as the work and attitude of previous technicians was so bad that we felt loath to use the company again. Despite my reservations, I phoned in to make a booking only to be verbally abused by a very agitated and aggresive owner when I explained all that I required that he look up which technician did my daughters job. - WHAT HAS HE TO HIDE!!! I was also told that they keep no records!!!
So if you have a complaint or suspicion about one of their technicians and you have not kept your invoice there will be no record of your job!!!
