To whom it may concern

Last year December i ordered a very important product from the UK i was expecting it at the end of December
UK said it had landed in johannesburg in the 24th of Dec since then i have not had any notifications from the local
post office of Limpopo Polokwane yesterday i recieved a notification "Final Notification" after almost 3 months
and today went in only to find out that it had been returned to the UK in january already?!

Because of this post office and its incompitence i have been charged postal charges for absolutely nothing and my package cannot be refunded.

i would like a response on what will be done.

This is absolutely disgusting and demand an explanation.
