I have purchased numerous Tevo products over the years and have never had to contact Tevo for any reason, mainly because the products I have purchased have met or exceeded expectations.

Shortly before Christmas I purchased a Magneto Extreme flashlight and had a minor issue with the charger. I sent an e-mail to Tevo requesting assistance, not expecting any reply until after new year. The reply, however, was immediate, and Waseela assured me that my issue would be resolved by the appropriate person when they returned from holiday in the new year.

As promised, I was contacted telephonically, and the issue was resolved. Not only that, but this morning, a gift arrived by courier from Tevo - essentially thanking ME for allowing them to resolve a minor issue. Now that is customer service as far as I am concerned. It will also ensure that I remain a loyal customer.

My thanks to Waseela and David, keep up the good work, you are both assets to your employers.
