Fantastic Service

I live on the West Coast, and the Game here dont stock the Food Vac Bags or Freshstix. About 3 months ago I phoned the Customer Care and spoke to Waseela. She was extremely helpful and sent me a ProForma Invoice for the products I wanted. I then paid and the products were delivered. Last week I wanted to re-order and lo and behold, fantastic customer service from Waseela once again! Unfortunately, the Freshstix have been discontinued, so that was a great disappointment. Waseela even looked in the store for me in case there was still a last packet, but it was not to be. I have once again received my 3 x Food Vacs without a hitch! Should the Freshstix come onto the market again, I will definately be wanting some more
