Plascon
Worst service ever!!!

We have had the worst service from Plascon recently. We have been buying paint from them for the past 10 years and we are very regular clients of them. We were never informed of the paint that was changed and had to do all the explaining to our clients. They only informed us of the new paint when we wanted to order for our jobs and then were informed they had no stock at all!!! The sales people also have the worst attitude and give very bad service!! Our paint is never ready on time and they are never minded when proof of payments are faxed through and it just gets lost and no one knows where it is!!! I hope the service will better soon...
