Bad service/incompetent staff

I was at Builders Warehouse Witbank, to buy some paint for my house.

I found a colour that I really liked, and wanted to get the paint.

Waiting for 15minutes at the station, the responsible persons finally arrived (looking like they were on holiday, one dressed in civilian clothes).
Button to ring for service was not working as well.

They told me that they were going to get the paint, I should come back later.

Eventually, I got the paint and made my way out.

On my way out I saw that they charged me R395.00 for a 5 L Modo Paint, where it said R 269.00/R259.00 on the shelf.

NO ONE informed me that I needed to pay extra.

When I asked them for it they said they don't know what to do now, no one was able to help me.
The guy responsible for not informing me was also missing in action.

I wanted to submit a complaint, the staff gave me a piece of white paper to give my details.
No records would have shown that I made a complaint.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

The staff is incompetent to do their jobs.
