The factory showroom robbed me R2000

We lay byed a lounge suite from them I'm march & we paid R2000 cash, this transaction was between the sales lady & the manager.when we returned we wanted to swop the lounge suite for just a centre table & we requested the R2000 to be paid for the table& manager told us that the money we paid was taken by a stuff & did not get to the companies bank account therefore he cannot help.he was angry & gave us a bad attitude, we need our money back!!!
